Surface Finishing
Each mannequin begins with careful surface preparation to achieve clean lines, smooth contours, and a refined foundation for fabric covering or painted finishes. Our team completes multiple stages of hand sanding and correction to keep the silhouette precise and presentation-ready.
This process is essential for premium retail projects because surface accuracy directly affects how fabric, light, and garment styling are perceived in store environments.
CRAFT PROCESS
Fabric Wrapping & Stitching
Each fabric covered mannequin is wrapped and stitched by hand using selected materials chosen to match the desired retail concept. Our craftsmen align the fabric grain, tension, seam placement, and surface smoothness to create a clean, consistent finish.
For articulated wooden arm mannequins, this stage also requires precise coordination between the body form, arm structure, and final presentation details so each piece remains elegant, functional, and consistent in production.
CRAFT PROCESS
Quality Inspection
Before packing, every mannequin passes through a structured quality inspection covering body posture, surface smoothness, fabric alignment, stitching accuracy, color consistency, wooden arm fitting, base stability, and finishing details.
This final review helps ensure export readiness, dependable production quality, and consistent presentation standards for premium retail projects delivered across single stores or larger rollouts.
