Worldwide Shipping

We provide global delivery services for our fabric mannequins and display props.
All shipments are carefully packed and handled to ensure safe arrival at your destination.
We cooperate with reliable international logistics partners, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and sea freight forwarders,
to offer flexible and cost-effective shipping solutions.

Processing Time

For in-stock mannequins or display props, orders are usually dispatched within 5–10 working days after payment confirmation.
For custom-made products, the production period typically takes 15–45 working days (excluding shipping time), depending on the order quantity and complexity.

Shipping Methods

We offer several delivery options according to your order requirements and destination:

International Express (DHL / FedEx / UPS): Fast and reliable, usually 5–12 business days to most countries.

Sea Freight: Ideal for large or bulky shipments, typically 25–40 days depending on the port and customs clearance.

Air Freight: Recommended for urgent but heavy shipments.

Packaging

All mannequins are securely wrapped with EPE foam, bubble film, and reinforced with strong cartons or wooden cases
to ensure full protection during transportation.
Each package is clearly labeled for smooth customs clearance and easy tracking.

Tracking

Once the order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number and related documents via email.
You can track your shipment status online or contact our customer service team for updates at any time.

Customs & Import Duties

All international shipments are subject to customs inspection and import regulations of the destination country.
Any applicable duties or import taxes shall be borne by the buyer.
